We want you to feel confident when purchasing with us, which is why we offer a 30-day returns policy. If you’re unhappy with your order, you have 30 days to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.

Returned items must be in an unworn, pristine condition, with the original tag attached or included. All returns are subject to assessment by our operations team before being accepted. The delivery costs for returning the product will be the customer's sole responsibility.

Please note:

Engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Bespoke, special orders, and resized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return assessments typically take 10–14 days to process.

How to Return Your Jewellery

If you wish to return an item, please follow the steps below:

  • We do not offer free return labels or collections, so please use a trusted, tracked, and insured courier service to return your item to us.
  • Use the original packaging, or a similarly secure and appropriately sized box, to ensure your item is safely returned.
  • Include a note in your package explaining the reason for your return. This helps us process your return more quickly.
  • If you are returning your ring for a one-time complimentary resizing, please clearly state the new size required.
  • Do not under any circumstances write Diamonds Factory, diamonds or jewellery anywhere on the package.
